The best quality of breeding stock chosen was priority for a breeding program to produce top quality puppies. Our sires and dams are the foundation from which all puppies will be born, and one of the highest one-time expenses.

Our parents were carefully selected from generations of previously veterinarian professional health tested ancestors, with grand champion achievement from our sire, Max, and many high championship level holders from our dams.

Following are some of the routine costs for a reputable breeder.

•A quality diet fed and increased expense while our dams are pregnant and during lactation.

•Interruptions in schedule when puppies are being birthed and monitoring progress weeks after. Interruption in schedule for pet related emergencies which is more likely to happen having more than one adult dog in the home.

•Quality food for the puppies.

•The considerable amount of time spent in lovingly raising the puppies and caring for each adult Havanese.

•Routine vaccination and vetting for sires and dams (not your one pet!)

•Veterinarian check ups and Health testing for sires and dams.
